Paramilitary Group in Sudan Agrees to Stop-Hearth Proposal
The paramilitary group Speedy Help Forces agreed to a cease-fire proposal after rising condemnation of atrocities in Darfur. Sudan’s army reiterated its dedication to defeat the R.S.F. via drive, displaying no signal of agreeing to the proposal.
